Information Security Policy

En Gumruk has minimized the effects and risks that may pose a threat to its information assets and has protected all access throughout the system in order to maintain confidentiality and integrity with the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System

En Customs Consultancy undertakes to take the following actions in order to ensure the information security requirements arising from the national, international or sectoral regulations to which it is subject, to fulfill the requirements of the relevant legislation and standards, to meet its obligations arising from agreements, and corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders.

  • Providing secure access to its own and its stakeholders’ information assets,
  • Protecting the integrity, confidentiality and accessibility and continuity of information within the limits of authorization,
  • Evaluating and managing risks that may occur on its own and its stakeholders’ information assets,
  • Providing our services as quickly and uninterruptedly as possible in order to comply with all legal regulations and agreements regarding information security,
  • Allocating resources, establishing, operating and continuously improving our information security management system to meet the requirements of the TS ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS standard,
  • Protecting the reliability and brand image of the institution,
  • Appling the necessary sanctions in case of information security violation,
  • Reducing the impact of information security threats on business/service continuity and ensure the continuity and sustainability of the business,
  • Maintaining and improving the level of information security with the established control infrastructure,
  • To be audited by internal audits and independent 3rd Party institutions to determine the compliance of the information security activities carried out with the laws and standards,
  • Providing training that will improve competencies in order to increase information security awareness,
